I also want everyone to know that within the next couple months I'm planning to buy a Macbook. For my whole life I've used the PCs that we had at home, and then PCs at the library and at my schools. So it's great news to know that I will finally be getting a computer of my own. Solely, solely my own.
I should also be arranging soon to take classes in photography, money permitting. I hope to get much, much better at photography after that. I'll be stealing my mom's old camera (which she doesn't use anyway). It's an old Nikon, I believe. It uses real film and has lots of different lenses. I'm really excited to use it, but I have no idea how. I would prefer to wait until I've taken a couple classes before ruining the thing.
Another big purchase for the future will most likely be PS (again, fingers crossed). That will be an interesting one, and I hope that it's worth it. So, all in all, I hope that the quality of my art goes way up soon. But I'm also going to be forking out an amazing amount of money to acheive that.
So.

The virtue of the camera is not the power it has to transform the photographer into an artist, but the impulse it gives him to keep on looking. - Brooks Anderson[link]
